TAPIOCA AND DRY SUNGU

BASIC RECIPE:

  • Cassava tuber – (Cooked and Sliced)
  • Salted Water

METHOD

Peel, boil and slice cassava into tiny stripes, well washed and soaked in a clean – fresh water overnight and serve with dry sungu fish or groundnut as a native snack.

A typical delicacy (snack) for the Niger Deltans.
