- Unripe Plantain
- Onion-4 clove
- Fresh Pepper – ½ leap
- Fresh and Dry Fish (or goat meat)
- Scent Leaf
Wash, peel and cut plantain into bits, add to an already simmering water in the pot, add enough onion to soften the plantain, allow to cook till tender, add the remaining ingredients and cover the lid of the pot to simmer to about 45-50 minutes, correct the seasoning and serve it hot garnished with scent leaf.
