PIKIRITEBURU (Palm Oil Yam)

BASIC RECIPE:

  • Peel Wash Yam Chunks
  • Palm Oil
  • Fresh Pepper (Diced)
  • Seasoning
METHOD

Boiled yam with salted water drain in a mortar, add diced onions, fresh pepper, correct seasoning and palm oil, mix together and serve with dry fish plata or fish stew.
