CANIRIV is an annual festival, held in the city Port Harcourt, Nigeria with the participation of the 23 LGAs. The carnival holds few weeks before Christmas. The activities include but not limited to cultural/masquerade, heritage carnival, aquatic displays, music concert, etc. It also attracts participation from within and outside Nigeria.
